📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Arborio rice
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth (kept warm)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon saffron threads
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Steep saffron threads in 2 tablespoons of warm broth and set aside.

3️⃣ Add Liquids:

  1. Pour in white wine and stir until absorbed.
  2. Add warm broth, one ladle at a time, stirring continuously. Let each addition absorb before adding the next.

4️⃣ Finish with Saffron and Cheese:

  1. Stir in the saffron-infused broth for color and flavor.
  2. Once creamy, remove from heat, add Parmesan cheese, and mix well.

5️⃣ Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately for the best texture.
