📝 Ingredients:

  • 400g Gruyère cheese (grated)
  • 400g Emmental cheese (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (halved)
  • 1 cup dry white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For Dipping:

  • Cubed crusty bread
  • Steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots)
  • Cured meats (optional)
  • Pickles

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Fondue Pot:

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic halves for a subtle aroma.
